2. AUTO PAY: Enroll to have recurring automatic direct withdrawal from your US financial institution account for the amount of your bi-monthly Water Utility Bill. Please allow 30 business days for recurring ACH payments to be set up. Payments may be withdrawn from your bank account anytime after your water bill is generated. AUTO PAY is available to property owners and renters provided you have access to the account associated with the property.
